Welcome to Nirnayaa Safaris (a unit of Nirnayaa Events and Hospitality). By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Booking Policy

Safari and lodge bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Full payment along with valid government-issued photo ID copies is required to process safari permits.

Guests must carry the same original ID used at the time of booking, as it will be verified at park gates.

Safari bookings open 120 days in advance as per Forest Department regulations.

Payment Policy

Payments must be made in full before confirmation of services.

We accept payments via secure bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateways.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes/GST.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Safari Bookings: Once confirmed, safari permits are non-refundable and non-transferable as per Forest Department rules.

Lodging/Hotels: Cancellation policies vary by lodge/hotel partner. We will share specific terms at the time of booking.

Packages/Transfers: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges as per vendor/partner terms.

No refund is applicable for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or unused services.

Safari Regulations

Visitors must follow all rules set by the Forest Department, including designated safari timings, speed limits, and behavior in the park.

Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or littering inside the park is strictly prohibited.

The decision of forest guides/rangers is final and must be respected for safety and conservation.

Any breach of rules may result in cancellation of the safari without refund.

Liability Disclaimer

Wildlife sightings are a matter of luck and nature; they cannot be guaranteed.

Nirnayaa Safaris acts only as a booking agent for safaris, hotels, and transfers. We are not responsible for:

- Delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party service providers.

- Injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during travel.

- Natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

- Guests are advised to take adequate travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations.

Responsibilities of Guests

Provide accurate details (name, ID, nationality) at the time of booking.

Report at safari entry gates at least 30 minutes prior to reporting time.

Respect wildlife, park rules, and local communities.

Ensure valid travel documents (visa, permits, ID cards) if required.

Modifications to Terms

Nirnayaa Safaris reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective once published on our website.
